Merchandise Returns:

We make our living selling on the Internet, and we would not be able to survive for long without satisfied customers. Our manufacturers take pride in their products, and they want satisfied customers as well.

Our cancellation policy applies for all orders, including those that have delivery delays. Any order that has not been processed, nor shipped, is subject to a cancellation fee of 5.0%. This charge is to cover non-refundable credit card fees we must pay and general order processing fees. A request to cancel an order that has shipped is handled as a return and is subject to BOTH the cancellation fee as well as the restock fee described below.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. The restocking fee is 20% for all products except as follows:

Fetco: 30%
Grindmaster: 25%
Nuova Simonelli: 25%
La Pavoni: 25%

We will refund your purchase price minus the restocking fee, the cancellation fee, and minus the original shipping cost. If the product was originally shipped under a free shipping promotion, CoffeeWishes.com will refund your price minus the actual shipping costs. Returned merchandise that is used or missing accessories will be refused by our returns department.

To return an item, you must contact us via the “Contact Us” link and provide your name and phone #, order #, the item(s) you would like to return, and reason for return within 14 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

We recommend that you ship returns via a courier that provides tracking. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning merchandise to us. If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items.

Special Order items are NOT returnable and all sales are final.

Defective Merchandise

In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we can replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit. We stand 100% behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems.

If a machine is not working correctly upon receipt and first use, please let us know within seven (7) days from the date you receive the merchandise. Often these problems can be fixed quickly and easily. Some machines are tested at factory before shipping. Depending on the machine, there may be coffee residue or water spots present).

Merchandise that becomes defective after 7 days is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. CoffeeWishes.com will not replace defective merchandise after 7 days. Therefore, please register your product with the manufacturer, and retain the manufacturer’s warranty instructions.

Damage in Transit:

Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage from shipping, please contact us immediately to report the damage and DO NOT use the machine. You must contact us within five (5) business days. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc...)
