What type of products do you provide?
CoffeeWishes.com provides coffee makers, grinders, espresso systems, tea brewers, specialty drinks, accessories, and more.
From the time I place an order how long does it take to ship?
We ship Monday to Friday, except for national holidays. Most orders will be shipped within one business day. Special order items will be marked as such in the product detail page and may take up to 20 days to ship.
Do you ship to PO Box within the United States?
No. We use FedEx and UPS for most shipments and they do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. International shipping is available. Please email us through the "Contact Us" form and provide us with your shipping country and zip code and the product(s) you would like to order. One of our sales staff will email you with the shipping quote and instructions on how to order. International orders cannot be placed through our website and we only accept PayPal as the form of payment for international orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Can I pay by check, cashiers check or money order?
Yes, we also accept certified checks, business checks, or money orders. We do not accept personal checks. Please allow longer processing for check payments.
What is the condition of your products?
Most of the products are brand new. However we may have a few remanufactured products that you can purchase at a discounted price. The product condition is listed in the product details page of each product.
